| my goal for march is to stop being tempetd by fattening foods, eat breakfast, stop obsessing about my weight (135) and try to get down to 129-130 lbs by the end of the month.

Goal(s):
- Not to think too obsessively about my weight program - Need to get motivated to get ON the elliptical - Have fun. xD
The last one is the most important and so far, I AM having fun. :] Soo yeah, whoot, daylight savings time today! Me thinks... O_o

i thought it would be a good idea to like every month i'll try posting on the share your goals board asking this & after the months over we can see if we followed thru with our goals & make a new goal for a new month.
i was thinking since its the begining of march a new month. i'm gonna make a goal for march. so if anyone else wants to make a goal, not nesicarily like LOOSE 1LB EACH WEEK but like... run more in march or start packing lunch to be less tempted to get chips @ lunch!
well my march goal is to run atleast 2 times a week, outside or tredmil just run for two minutes & if i get better more. any one else have a goal for march?
