Try to think of this as a healthy lifestyle change rather than another "diet." Set some smaller goals for yourself and work on those. You don't have to do everything at once or be perfect at all of it either. This is about changing your habits to healthy habits so you don't have to diet off and on throughout your life.
Don't forget to check out the Resource Center for helpful articles/tips along the way. Also, joining some teams are another great way to get support from others here on the site.

i need the support of the peeps and every one who talks to me to help me my diet starts march the 3 i am so nervous please help me keep my goal i do not think i can keep on my diet
