honey, i know you don't want to hear this but you really don't need to lose any weight. i'm shorter than you (5 foot) and when i had anorexia, the lowest i got was to 97 when my parents sat me down. looking at pictures, i looked gross. my head was too big for my body, my mouth to big for my face. i wish i had never gotten so obsessed with my size.

but hey, being healthy isn't all about losing weight! welcome to the site. you can still exercise and eat right, and maybe even lose some fat and gain some muscle. if you need any help, just let me know :]

Welcome to SparkTeens! You are already at a healthy weight and should not try to lose any more. Try focusing on eating high nutrient foods in your calorie range and exercise 3-5 days a week and you will reach your goals.

Hey all.

I'm new to this site. I'm 13 and I want to loose a few. 5' 2'' and 97 lbs. I'm afraid if my parents find out about this they will send me to like a therapist. =[ So I just want someone who has been on this site for a while to guide me through untill I get the hang of it?
