the first week is the hardest, im to old to be ur buddy, but i started being interested in healthiness when i was ur age. my number 1 tip would have to be...taste is temporary, that taste will go away and ull only be left w/ regrets. so just try and put it out of ur mind by thinking of ur goal, in ur case high-scl

Hey! My name is Megan and I'm thirteen. I'm about five foot two and weigh 210 pounds. I'd like to get down to my ideal weight goal before I go into high school, but I'm not so sure that's possible. But I can always try!!! I'm also looking for a weight loss buddy that's pretty close to my age. Any tips are appreciated! Thanks!
