Doing cardio will help you lose fat overall and doing strength training will help you tone and build some muscle. There is not a way to spot reduce - you cannot choose where the fat comes off. I would recommend that you take a look in the Fitness Resource Center for some exercises. We have exercise demos, videos & articles for all of those things that you are looking for. Here are a couple articles that I think you may find useful:

well its not necessarly fast ones you need. Becasue the muscle doesnt normally allow u to target one area with in a fast amount of time. but um has of toning legs i would walk//job...abs. situp//crunches..n arm ..arms exercises.

definitely shed fat on abs i have a 6 pack already its just the fat layer around it. how do i lose it fast?! for summer, within june 5th? i want to tone my arms, legs, and get rid on inner thigh fat and im not fat, nor anorexic, but id love to have an amazing body for summer. (wouldnt we all?) and i want to achieve this goal, and i know im going to. im cutting out all fatty foods, but all i need it is a GOOD EXERCISE PLAN burn off fat?! FAST!!!!
