Eating the proper nutrition and getting exercise 3-5 days a week will help you with this. I would recommend that you check out the Resource Center for some tips along the way. The Fitness Resource Center has a lot of exercise demos, videos & articles to help you.
oh man; i don't know well... okay so I'm trying to find a good affective way to get slimmer! I'm looking for something to tone my arms up; flatten my stomach; and slim my thighs! i know alot to ask for but i would really like it if someone could help?!?
