i can be your buddy i'm still kind of new at this but i'm not new to working out but i'm a junior to and i'm trying to look good in all of my senior pictures

That is very exciting! Focus on eating healthy, nutritious foods and exercising 3-5 days a week for 30 minutes each of those days and you will see some results. Losing weight quickly is not healthy or safe for a teen. As a teen, a healthy and safe weight loss is no more than 1 pound a week on average. Use the Resource Center for more helpful tips, but make sure you are eating in your calorie range that SparkTeens has given you.

Ok, so I'm a junior...and my senior friend invited me to grad week which is June 15. This almost never happens at my school and I really wanna lose major poundage before then since everyone is going to be hot in their bikinis. So does anyone want to be my buddy,online or texting..because this is like major.
