You need to eat more than just fruit as your body needs a lot of nutrients and calories. Your body is growing and developing and it needs more nutrients and calories. Also, a healthy rate of weight loss for a teen is no more than 1 pound a week on average, so please be careful and set healthy and realistic goals for yourself.

My advice if you want a summer slim body is eat lots of fruit and start a exercise you would enjoy eg. i do dancing for 2 hours a week and swimming for 2 hours a week and its working !! i have lost 2 pounds in a week so if you keep it up like me you can be looking very sexy and slim in your bikini this year !! good luck !! x
