Eat a healthy balanced diet and get at 30-60 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week (cardio and strength training). Doing those things, you will find yourself feeling better and reaching your goals. Here are some articles from the Resource Center that I would recommend you take a look at:

Hi, I'm thirteen. I weight 140lbs. I really feels not to big, but uncomfortable. I have always been a big girl, but not this big! I am going to Hawaii over spring break(so excited!!!) and planning on wearing a bikini, but I want to lose some leg and belly fat!
p.s. I am totally addicted to chocolate! HELP!(lol) Thanks! :)
