i have the same problem i got to my goal weight and thought yess! i can eat what i want now! then i gained some of it back. Now im trying to lose what i gained and some more.

I think that part of it is that your body is so used to not having any junk food and limited fat intake that when it does get any, it packs it away for a rainy day, ya know? Try to balance it all out.. it's okay to have fat in your diet!
And also, are you working out? That is so essential to your weight loss process. It allows you to eat those foods without gaining weight.

I have no trouble losing weight. I can very easily go without junk food for a while. But as soon as I get to my goal weight, I start to think, "why can't I eat what I want?" But, being good, I think "Ok, you can have some pizza, but only a small slice" But for some reason, how ever little junk food I eat, if I do eat it, the weight just piles back on. I don't understand. I would say I have a healthy lifestyle, but like most people, it could be better. I just want to know how to keep the weight off, but still enjoy certain luxuries like pizza. Help is really appreciated!!
