i'll be your weight loss buddy! i weigh 190, and i want to weigh 140. i've already lost about 10 pounds ! i also have high cholesterol, so losing weight will help with that.

| I weigh 155 and i want to weight around 120 by the end of summer, and hopefully less than 145 by beginning of summer, i want to lose ten pounds every 4-5 weeks and i really would like a weight loss buddy because i give up easily. eating smaller portions/less calories plus 30 minutes of exercise a day is kind of hard by yourself so if anyone would like to be my buddy let me know. we'll motivate each other!!!!
