Welcome to SparkTeens! A healthy weight loss for a teen is an average of 1 pound a week. Anything more than that is not safe or healthy. In the beginning of your weight loss journey, some people do tend to lose a little more because of losing water weight, but that should slow down and you should be losing no more than 1 pound a week. Your goal of losing 90 pounds in 13 months is not realistic or healthy. So please set a healthy and realistic goal for yourself. You can do this and you will be very happy and proud!
