| I'm a huge junk food lover. But I find that fruits that are sweeter are just as good. Raisins usually are a good substitute for candy for me.

Having a little here and there is perfectly ok. You do not have to completely get rid of junk food or fast food, just make sure it isn't a habit most of the time. This is about a healthy lifestyle so just keep moderation in mind when you want to enjoy a treat from time to time.

| i found that if you love junk food as much as i do, im a lot more successful if i have a little bit everyday, but under 200 cals, sometimes a bite of apple pie can satisfy a craving. if i do an extra 5 minutes on the treadmill that night, maybe i'll make it two oreos instead of one.
