That's great that you are so active, but you really should make sure to give yourself 1-2 rest days a week. Otherwise, you are more susceptible to injuries and you are more likely to burn out quickly.

I'm doing 30 minutes of cardio 7 days a week. And, I've been doing it since January 1st. :)

what are your goals? mine is to do 60 min. of cardio 7 days a week! and ive been following it since February 1rst. =]
