| There are those big scales (the ones where you have to move the little weights) at the gym and at the doctor's office, etc.

You don't need to use a scale to see your successes. Use other ways to measure your progress: take measurements, notice how your clothes fit, how you feel, how your fitness levels improve, etc. Here is an article that may also be helpful: Use Measurements Besides the Scale

Ok so this is a kinda weird question and I didn't even know where to post this. But is there a way to find your wait without a scale? my family doesn't own one and I thought about buying one but my family may think it's weird plus I don't want to spend all that much money on one, but if I get a cheap one changes are in won't be right and I don't want to get a cheapy scale, does anyone one of a cheap scale (around $20-35) or just a way to find out my weight? I think I'm 100 lbs but not sure...Thanks in advance.
