The problem with "diets" in general are that they are not realistic for lifelong habits. They are just a temporary fix that don't teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle that will help you maintain a healthy weight.

i take the south beach diet plan and it helped me for 2 years .but i gained more weight and im really tring to lose it before summer( bikini time.)
