that's exactly my problem. right now, i have a collage of everything i want to get out of this [aka: a picture of a cute dress i'll look fabulous in, a bikini, mini skirt]. it's on my door so everytime i go downstairs [where the kitchen is located] i think how much i really want it!

i really shouldn't be giving advice since i've only been doing this for 5 days. but so far it has helped.

Look at this as a healthy lifestyle change, not a diet. Focus more on eating nutritious foods and getting plenty of exercise instead of focusing so much on the weight. When you work on healthy habits, the weight will follow. Try reading some of the articles in the Resource Center. Also, posting on the message boards and in some teams can be helpful too!

I always say im going to loss weight but i never do it! How can i stick to this? =[[[
