It sounds like you should talk to your doctor about this. You may have something going on that you may not know. I would recommend checking with your doctor just to be on the safe side.

Good luck with everything! And I hope you feel better! PS, seeing the doctor can help a lot if the problem persists. Hopefully your sickness feeling will go away. Perhaps its just some sort of bug going around?

Thank you. Well I'll see how it goes. If it gets any worse I could always phone the doctor :S

Sometimes when people start diets they severely cut down their food intake and even though its hard for a while, they get used to it. Even if you dont have much of an appetite and you are still eating, you can become hypostatic. This means that if you stand up too fast blood doesnt get to your head fast enough and you get really dizzy and sick feeling. This is caused by low blood sugar and/or not eating enough. This used to happen to me all the time because I used to be kind of anorexic.

I don't think its lack of eating...maybe its because I've changed my diet, I less sugar etc. I don't know.

are you eating enough? when I don't eat, my blood sugar gets weird and I feel faint and distracted. is that wat's happening to you? if so, you should eat something small and healthy to balance your sugar. you'll feel better.

Ok. Even before I found this site I was already starting to lose weight.

I've done it before, eating healthily, exercise and lost a lot of weight and started to look...better bodywise.

And I know that starting is the hardest part, then it all becomes easier, but I feel sick all the time. And I'm starting to lose appetite.

This isn't good is it? Anyone else having a problem?

I'm also feeling dizzy a lot and feeling faint. And I've NEVER fainted. Though they say there's a first time for everything.

Advice?
