That's really a personal preference. I like to do a variety - but take a look at the beginner's guide to yoga: http://teens.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=723 for more info on the types of yoga and other info related to it.
Your cardio sessions should range from 20-60 minutes or broken into a few mini sessions.
The exercise ball is a great thing to have along with the yoga mat. yoga is really good for you!

You can never do too much when it comes to exercise. But of course, dont do it all day lol. Take about an hour (or less) a day on the treadmill, and find some exercises that work for you and your target areas. Looks like you're doing good to me!

I have been using ddr. I walked on my treadmill for 15 minutes yesterday. I'm going to start doing that more often.
Today i got an exercise ball,yoga mat for some comfort and a book that has how to use it and prevent injuries and some exercise ect.
