I know its a lot but please take the time to read it. it is really worth it.

Hey,

Yesterday was my two week mark. Also my second weigh in. I loose five pounds the first week, but none last week. I was recently talking to Coach Denise and I asked her if I should spread my weigh ins out. She said that doing every 2 weeks might not be a bad idea. The longer you go without weighing or measuring your self the more results you will have.


When you weigh your self and measure your often, and there is not results, you think that you are not doing enough. So you push your self to do more. Doing more might not always be good. Your body needs time to rest.


So, if you weigh your self once a week or more you should have a talk with your mom &/or dad. Tell them what you are doing if they do not already know. Believe it or not, your parents can help you. Tell them that your would like them to hide the scale and tape measure for ____ amount of weeks.

When your not always looking at numbers on tape measures or scales you will not feel so pushed to exercise more or eat even healthier. I'm sure you are doing enough and eating healthy enough. Your just not giving your body enough time to recuperate and change.



So lets make it a challenge to go for at least two weeks with out doing weigh ins.
