this is gonna sound really corny...
but don't call yourself a loser...only if it refers to the losing of weight.
haha. but you really do have set your thinking up positively if you want to lose the weight.
even if jokingly you call yourself a loser, you'll start believing it.
so don't.

You are not a loser! You really shouldn't be so hard on yourself! Would you say that to your friends? Not likely, so you really shouldn't say that about yourself.

You are here to help you gain healthy habits, lose weight and feel better about yourself. Good for you! That's one of the first steps!

I recommend you take some time to look around the site. The Resource Center is a great place to find articles, tips, ideas, exercises, etc. The message boards and sparkteams are a great place to receive support from other teens. There is plenty of support and resources here to help you through your journey.
