to SparkTeens! You have been given some good advice. Use the site as much as you want/need to. There is plenty of support here from other teens and the coaches. We have a Resource Center with many helpful articles, tips, ideas, exercises, etc to help you through your journey. Also, posting on the message boards and joining and posting on your teams will help keep you going too!
hey gurl! well, i dunno what advice to give you, but the only thing i have to say is this : you arent in it alone, and you can talk to people about everything that is going through your head. know that there are lots of people on this website who have the exact same problem(like me, for example) try getting into a hobby, or try to occupy your time with good thing, and not eating. what i have recently thought to myself is this: is this food really gonna make me happy!?! do i really need that quarter pounder, and do i reall need to get fries with that? anyways, i hope that that helped, and i'm free to talk anytime, so drop me an e mail!!! good luck! luv, wannachange4995

I am new to the sparkteen scene and i weigh 180 pounds and want to get down to 131 by january 5th 2009 i need help to stay on track and not to let "food" control me brain PLEASE HELP any advce is fine, thank you.
