Are you eating enough for your activity level? If you cut your calories too much, you end up starving your body and you deprive your body of the nutrients and fuel it needs to grow and develop and more. As Feathera mentioned, use the Nutrition Tracker and the Fitness Tracker for a few days to a week to see where you actually are with that. You should be eating a minimum of 1800 calories each day and focusing on eating nutritious foods.

The idea behind weight loss is just making sure that you are burning more calories than you are consuming. Try using SparkTeen's Nutrition Tracker and their Fitness Tracker. Track every workout you do and every food that passes your lips for 1 week and then you can evaluate it and see where your weak spots are.

hi..well my names kirsty n im 17 n i weigh 10.4, i used to go to the gym n swimming every single night after skool and i used to weigh 8 stone i loved it! some size 8 clothes would be too big.. i looked great but as i got in the last couple of years of skool my parents didnt have the money for me to go to the gym any more as i did my ballroom n latin dancin..i still do..but eva scince i stopped goin i have gradually got bigger and bigger. i hate being told im over weight bwecause i always used to do work out dvds and im always excersising but i dont seemm to lose anythin? i eat so heathly all my mum eva makes is veg veg n veg! its annoyin but ya no. i just want to lose weight! i feel like im wasting my energy when i keep excercising because i cant shift this weight! please help meee!!! thnx xxxx
