It is okay to drink flavored water, although, you do want to make sure you drink plain water too though. Also, be mindful of what is in the flavoring - some have a lot of calories so you may want to keep an eye on that since you are not getting nutrients in those calories. But if it helps you drink your water, that's great!

okayy thank you. Is it okayy to drink flavored water? I've stopped drinking pop before but there is time where I need some flavor.

hey ur pretty thin but ill say start small replace soda and sugary drinks with water and maybe replace on meal like fatty lunches with a homemade salad or whole grain sandwich

okayy so my name is andrea. . .im 15, 5'10", and i weigh 158. i want to lose 20-25lbs. . .any suggestions?
