Welcome to SparkTeens! You are already at a healthy BMI and to be 100 pounds, you would be borderline of underweight for your height. I would recommend focusing on gaining healthy habits and the rest will follow. But make sure to set realistic AND healthy goals for yourself!

heyy there! my name is jordan. i'm 13 (turning 14 on january 28th) and i weigh 132 pounds currently. i'm 5'6. i would really like to lose ten pounds before summer and preferably before spring break. my BIG GOAL is to lose the excess 32 pounds and get down to 100 pounds. AND KEEP IT OFF! :) i really need a fun weight loss buddy that will help and support me and i can support you back just as well! please respond. :)
