watch wut u eat...its a little thing but it rlly wors!!!! drink water and milk instead of soda.eat less junk food.walk on the treadmill when u watch tv, little stuff helps more than u think

| Hi! I am always setting goals that I will lose weight but never do. Every new year i set a goal but I never complete it. I'm not sure it its because i eat too much or what. I do exercise, mainly running on the treadmill and walking too. HELP
