watch wut u eat...its a little thing but it rlly wors!!!! drink water and milk instead of soda.eat less junk food.walk on the treadmill when u watch tv, little stuff helps more than u think

Try working on some smaller goals first - you don't have to do it all at once and you don't have to be perfect with them all the time either. I would recommend that you take a look in the Resource Center for some helpful articles. Here are a few that I think may help:

Hi! I am always setting goals that I will lose weight but never do. Every new year i set a goal but I never complete it. I'm not sure it its because i eat too much or what. I do exercise, mainly running on the treadmill and walking too. HELP
