I'm 15 and over 200 lbs. I'm a big-time emotional eater. Don't feel bad. Plus, I tend to want to watch movies and lay on the couch rather than get out and jog!

| i also let myself go. Im Hannah and im just 13 to 14 and Im a size 16. I weight about only 155 but im 5'4 which makes me a little more wide.

| i eat alot when im bored too... but grab a healthy snack.... ants on a log or a banana.drink lots of milk too tat rlly helps!of walk on the treadmill when u watch tv... its the little things

| Hi everyone! My name is Brittany and I am new to this site. I am 17 and my new years resolution is to lose weight every year lol! I really do try to keep it up, but my motivation goes downhill after a while and I want to stop trying. This year I'm gonna do everything in my power to reach my goal weight. I have been eating a lot lately and its really depressing me because I used to be tiny and I've gained serious weight after the holidays. I am 5'6 and my current weight is about 143 and my goal is 120. I need help getting motivated! thanks guys!!!

| really? i never knew that water would help you feel faster longer...i drink a lot of water a day usually but not when i eat...ill have to try that...but my biggest problem is eating when im bored or when i see other people...it just makes you want to taste the food you know? thank you!

| Hey i know how you feel my family are big eaters too, and they especially like to make the best food ever when i try to eat healthy! anyways I'm maritza I'm 16 and weigh 140 and I'm 5'4 but yea, that great that your exercising more, which is what i need to do... but i know that taking to time to eat a smaller meal helps and eat meals with water it'll help feel full longer.

Hi! im dana...and im trying to lose weight...i let myself get wayyy up there...im 15 almost 16 and wear a size 24...so if anyone can help with advice...i just recently started exercising a lot more...but i need to keep motivated...
also, it is really hard to control portions and stuff bc my family are all big eaters...
so any advice is helpful!
