| eating smaller porportions of bad food is important... but u can also drink lots of water and milk. walk on a treadmill when u watch tv

i log all my foods on this site. eat only fruits or veggies for snacks. and limit my portion sizes from what i used to eat when i was bigger.
i excersise whenever i get the chance too. if u need any help PM me and ill be glad to help

how have you done it? i am trying to get my life on track starting with losing weight...and im at about where you started...can u help me with ideas? thanks! dana marie

well since i am fitting into the size 18 pants that i just bought my other goal is to fit into a size 16 by spring break. its been 1 month and ive gone down 3 pants sizes so i think i can do it.
what do u guys think?
