It is not healthy or safe to lose more than 1 pound a week on average for a teen. Your body is still growing and developing and you need to be careful to not aim for more than that. The best thing to do is make sure you are eating within your calorie range that SparkTeens gave you and doing plenty of exercise (cardio and strength training). omg when i read it i felt such a sense of empathy omg that is so awesome i cant believe it lmao anyway yea i wanna be able to go to promm and look good at it lmao i want to be fit and look good in tight t's so that i can have more confidence in myself to find a man

Be a veggitarian till prom, plus run! drink lots-and-lots of water(it helps you loose weight)

Trust me, I also want to be able to attend my prom. running is a good idea, so are sit ups and maybe just walking for long periods of time.

well when is your prom?


they say thats its good to loose 1 pound a week, but i really think i can do 2-3

I'm hoping if I can lose 10-15 pounds, someone will ask me to prom. I weigh somewhere between 152-158 pounds and I'd really like to be somewhere around 140. Does anyone have any tips to lose weight pretty quickly?
