Try focusing on healthy habits rather than a certain weight. You can tone up and lose some fat while you gain healthy habits and not worry about the number on the scale.

i wanted to lose 20 pounds but people are saying i cant do that becuase i don't have 20 pounds to lose. i'm 14, 5 feet 4 inches and i weigh 122 (somewhere around there) so now i don't really mind what i wear as long as it looks good...does anyone else have the same problem??
