I understand you want to lose 25 pounds by March 10th, but that is not a healthy rate of weight loss nor is it realistic. A healthy loss for a teen is approximately 1 pound a week. Your body is still growing and developing which means it needs more nutrients and calories to do so. Please be careful in doing this! You want to make realistic and healthy goals for yourself.
