I'm a newcomer. I really diggin this site dough because it's for teens of course. Well my main goals are to lose 20 lbs and tone up basically ... I've already lost 9lbs in like 4 weeks but now i'm just constantly being a total slacker .... I'm just exercising in the mornings for 20 mins I use to do afternoons for 2 hrs.
