| all i have to say it to pace yourself, try stretching everyday, that will help. And after that, try your exercises again and see what you can do. Just don't give up we all know you can do it!!

| What i started doing is talking my dog on a walk everyday. i figure, it helps her and it helps me too. Then you could try speed walking if you start to get bored!! and if you start to get really good... you can ditch the dog and run!!

Im 13. Im 5'5 Im 185lbs. I have one kidney.
Yesterday i magically found this site. Dont have a clue how. I tried to do some exercise i cant even do them.
I play ddr. I play sports. I do ALOT of walking in school.
I need help on where to start so i can do the excerises provided on here.
Please help me.
