I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of April which is a doable and realistic goal. I can handle watching what I eat at restaraunts and at meals but I struggle in getting the snacking under control. I'm a compulsive eater and eat when I'm happy, sad, and especially stressed. I eat more calories snacking than at meals.
My compulsive eating actually lead me to become bulimic for a while. I've started to get that under control, but in order for me to be healthy and happy with who I am, I need to control my love/hate obsession with food as well lose the 20 pounds I've gained recently.
I guess I just need tips, and support from this messageboard. I'm not really fat so it's really hard to get support from friends and family when I tell them I want to lose weight. I also am at quite a loss as to how to efficiently lose the weight.
