Doing cardio will help you lose fat. You do want to incorporate strength training too, but cardio will help you lose the layer of fat. You may want to check out the Fitness Resource Center for ideas on cardio and strength training exercises.

| Did you know jumproping for 2 to 3 mintues every day helps??? I did it for two weeks every day and it got rid of them!!!
