As a teen, a healthy weight loss is an average of 1 pound a week. Your body is still growing and developing which means it needs more nutrients and calories during this time. Losing more than that on average, can cause your body to not grow or develop properly and can cause some other issues. Please work on healthy goals and the weight will come off in time.

Hey.

Your goal of loosing 18 lbs shouldnt be hard. A study shows without really trying you can loose 2lbs a week. Imagine if you really tries. You could probally loose 10lbs if you really put your mind to it.

Hope it helps
