to SparkTeens! Try focusing on gaining new healthy habits rather than just the weight. When you work on your healthy habits, the rest will follow. Also, do your best to not compare yourself to others. Every body is built differently and it isn't fair to yourself to continue to do this.

You don't need to go to the gym to exercise. There are plenty of exercises that you can do at home without the gym. The Fitness Resource Center has plenty of exercise ideas in it, so you might want to check that out.

hey guys this is like my third day on this site. I haven't really made any progress and I'm feeing pretty defeated. I'm going to a school full of beautiul,rich,skinny girls and I'm kind of the fat outsider. Plus, excersising is hard because I can't always have my parents drive me to the gym. I need a moral booster ASAP
