i am not overweight; i am just uncomfortable with my body's shape and size. I am really self concious whenver i walk down the halls i feel really uncomfortable thinking everybody can notice that i am "big". But its all in my head. and it keeps bothering me. Nobody has ever called me fat... i dont know what to do to mentally not feel so self concious, it makes me hate myself.
