Welcome to Spark Teens! You can get back to your pre-pregnancy weight but it will take time, healthy eating and activity. Your Spark program is set up for your teen needs. You will want to eat so that you are at the lower end of the recommended range. If you eat less calories your body will actually hold on to the fat reserves instead of mobilizing them. You will also want to include 2-3 days of strength training focusing on your core to help get that back in shape as well.

Please review the Teen Nutrition Guide linked on your home page and begin to focus on the food choices you are making to make each thing the most nutritious as possible.

Hi guys. Im new to the board. Im seventeen and I just had a baby but gave her up for adoption. All of my life I've been very petite and small, never over a hundred pounds. This may seem silly because I know people all over the country are suffering from much more drastic weight issues, but I really hate how much weight I've gained. I am now 120-130 pounds and I desperately want to get back to my pre baby weight. Any advice?
