You can do this! Look at this as gaining healthy habits for life, not just another diet. Diets don't work because they are only temporary and you can't possibly live like that.

Work on some smaller goals and don't focus so much on the weight. You may want to check out the Resource Center for some more tips and ideas for your journey to a healthier body. Here are some articles that I think may help:

When you're upset you should go for a walk. When I personaly feel frustrated about it i get on the tredmill and just walk even more! It gets my anger out lol.
But yeah thinking that way will only make you feel worse about it, but i know exactly how you feel!

You're right, it can be hard when you look at it that way. You have to look at it one pound at a time, one day at a time. I know you can do it, and you know you can do it. It's going to take time and work, yes, but it can be done. People have walked in your shoes before. Stop looking at sad pathetic you, stop questioning how you got this far. You just did, and now all you can do is fix it. Godspeed!

it's okay to cry it out. but dont just sit there and pout and moan about it. get out there and do something about it! my grandpa lost 60 lbs on the south beach diet in 3-4 months! it works miracles. It's just an idea and hope you can pull yourself together and reach your goals! you can do it!

stop!!!!!!! don't say that u can do anything if you persevere. take little goals at a times like 10 lbs by the end of the month. a little more the next month, a little more and a little more. you may not reach 95 but if you did the best you ever possibly could and stilll lose some weight you could be proud by the end of the year you can do it!!! please talk to me more about it. i would really like to help you try!!! give your self a chance its been what 6 days into the year!!!dont give up! please keep me up dated! good luck!

theres just no way i can lose a lb let alone 95.
i just cant do it and its all my fault.
im not strong enough and i have no willpower.
i just want to cut off all the fat from my body.
whats the point of anything if youre not skinny?
