hey..i just join a few days ago..and..i think that you can do this..i think that everyone is pretty in there own way..if you believe in yourself then you can do you anything..but..if you ever want to talk..iam here..keep ya head up..dont let no one tell u cant do it..

hey guys.

this is new to me, but i wanted to introduce myself.
i'm kristen, and i'm 17. a senior, finally!
anyway...
i've been overweight my entire life, which results in a low motivation, lack of my social skills, and sucky self-esteem. i'm weighing in at 220 lbs right now. it's shocking, because i haven't weighed myself in a few months, and i gained about 10 pounds or so. i have problems sticking to anything for more than a few days.
i'd love to lose weight. i'd love to be thin and healthy and beautiful once in my life.

any suggestions?
if not, support would be appreciated too hehe.
i'll return the favor of course.
