My first advice is for you to slow down because you can't loose weight fast. If you do, you'll most likely gain it all back plus more. Everytime you loose weight and gain it back it's harder for your body to loose it again. I understand you want to loose it all quickly, everyone does but reality is, it's just not possible to loose and keep it off that fast.

My tips are to stay on SparkTeens and follow their diet and exercise reccomendations. They're really helpful and SparkTeens provides you with lots of tools and motivation to keep going. Just assuming that you have a lot of weight in your hips because you just had a baby, side crunches will really help out. Also you can check out the site for more exercises to tone your hips or any area you're having problems with.

Im new to the whole diet plan. I just had a baby in October & im disgusted with my weight. I want to lose it all. FAAASSSSTTT!! Any advice from anyone? Help me. Please!!
