First off, make sure you are wearing a very supportive sports bra when exercising. That should help eliminate bounce and give you the extra support you need during exercise.
When that's done, if you're still having trouble, I'd recommend low-impact exercise. High-impact exercises (running, jumping rope, and any type of bouncing movement) should be avoided since they'll cause more strain. But low-impact things like: walking, swimming, water aerobics/exercise, cycling or biking, and cardio machines like the elliptical will help eliminate jarring and bouncing.
Beyond that, doing exercises that strengthen your back will help you correct any posture problems and back strain that you may experience as a result of your breast size. Make sure to try a few of these exercises below (or similar), on a regular basis, to help with that:
i would suggest walking for about 30-45 minutes. that what i used to do before it snowed and it worked. or u could play DDR, but all i do on that is jump around crazily and get yelled at by my mom to do it right.lol.

First off..Hi! Secondly, I have a question. I have large breasts (double D's), and I've lost weight before and kept them. So, they're all me. But the question..do y'all know any exercises that will put minimal or little strain on them? running is seriously painful (haha). Thanks y'all! (Oh, and good luck!)
