| hi strike9 a tip is to do crunches and walk for about 30 minutes a day. I am thirteen 5'5 and i used to weigh 175 and i dropped to 120 in 9 weeks by walking,crunches and eating right.

Cardio will help you lose fat. But you do want to add some strength training in too because it will help you build your muscles. Gaining muscle can help raise your metabolism and as you lose weight, you may lose some muscle along with the fat so you want to make sure to add strength training to your program. Good strength and muscle tone are essential for functional living and health. Strength training also helps to preserve bone density, balance, and many other important things.

instead of lifting weights, which builds muscle. do an hour of cardio while u eat right.
cuz lifting weights builds muscle and doesnt help u lose weight. cardio is best

Well Hi,
I'm about 13 5'10 and weigh around 180-190. I'm trying to get to around 155-160 before High school football in late June. I go to the gym regularly but I just cant seem to lose weight. Any tips?
