Ways to stop my junk food habit!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've changed my diet so there's basically no time to be hungry. And, whenever I'm feeling like I may binge on it, I eat a whole lot of fruit. It's sweet and it fills you up with few calories.

What I sometimes do is ask myself if I actually do want what I am about to eat. Sometimes when I crave junk food, I'm bored, so I get my mind off of it for half an hour. Also, I don't go cold turkey. I have a little bit. A normal size of junk food is okay if you add it to the nutritional tracker. Good luck. I know it is very difficult to kick.

ok thanks guys i will try it right now i want to eat some oreos but i am drinking some raspberry ice tea instead

there are three things that i do;

1) chew gum whenever u want snacks that arnt fruit or veggies.

2) think of this saying "What do i want more? the donut or to be thin?" thats what gets me through it.

3)if u know u have enough Kcals in the day go ahead and have ONE serving of the food. thats how i beat the craving cuz it usually gets tiring to eat a lot of food.

coming from a junk food lover as well this is what helps me;

1)if your junk food is in the fridge, put all the healthy food in front of it, because then it is the first thing you see so you will be most likely chose the healthy over the junk.

2)for non fridge snacks, when I go for one I think to myself 'is there something better I could eat?' and I think for a few minutes and put it down and grab some celery and dip or something.

I know it's hard but the more you do it the more you get used to it. Just think before you put your hand in the junk food bag or box ;)
