i think lifting weights is a good thing, even for gaining weight u know, if done correctly. But i'm no expert, so I don't know exactly what or how you should do it. :D

I really want to start to life weights but idk if I should. I'm 5'0 and 84 pounds. I need to gain some wight but idk if i start to life weights that will affect my gainess. Should I life weights?
