i was on the football team..but season is over..so now i go to my YMCA gym as often as i can..and i do short 10min ab work outs sometimes.. another great thing is if ur watching tv..do jumping jacks inbetween commercials! gets your adreniline up =]

well I ran cross country this fall, and I do track in the spring. soduring the winter I don't really do much so I'm trying to focus on running almost everyday... that's one of my new year's resolutions xD I also lift these five pound weights when I feel like it... and a random ab thing too. oh! we just got ddr this x-mas so I'm pretty happy about that! ha ha sorry I'm just kinda rambling :)

wow.. we have almost the same stats... freaky. I would love to get down to 110 by summer... or anytime soon really :)
