hello! im new to this and I'm just trying to lose weight and exericse more! I'm pretty good with the exercising part, but when it comes to cutting back on foods, I just can't seem to stop eating! basically, I love food haha but I need help controlling what I eat. any motivation or tips on how to cut back? thanks budsss
