| Well I started actually exercising last week...Everyday 20 minutes slow jogging on the treadmill...I'm hoping I can fix my diet plan by eating in moderation. My goal is to lose 5-10 pounds or even more....Mostly to fit into my old pants again...I found this site randomly and I hope it helps me. Btw I'm Sam:D
