Try focusing more on healthy eating rather than losing weight. You may want to show them this site and some of the articles about healthy eating. You may even have them look at the site for adults, sparkpeople.com. There are also recipes on here that you may want to take a look at and see if there is something that you might want to try and then share it with your parents.

I only signed up to sparkteens yesterday, and so far I've found it to be really informative and helpful. I think if I followed my nutrition and fitness plan perfectly, I'd really get somewhere, but my parents are holding me back. I know they only want what is best for me, but whenever I try to discuss with them that I would like to perhaps lose a little bit of weight they think I'm crazy. There is apparantly 'nothing wrong with me.' And I'm sure that's true, but I feel I would be happier a few pounds lighter. What's so terrible about that?
I'm asking for advice on approaching the matter to my parents once again. They do the grocery shopping and decide what I eat - how can I ask them to buy some healthier meals that I can eat throughout the week?
